Rooted in both Brazilian and American cultures, Camille’s art celebrates connection to people, to nature, and to the quiet moments that shape everyday life. Music is often part of her creative process; as a classical pianist, she draws inspiration from rhythm, harmony, and the calm that music brings. Imagination also plays a central role, with her work often blending reality and a touch of whimsy, creating scenes that feel both familiar and newly discovered.

Her two cats, Pippin and Mimi, often keep her company while she paints or spends time in the garden. When she isn’t creating, she can be found in the kitchen baking with her family, finding comfort in the textures, colors, and scents of simple, nourishing things.
